Corporate Sponsors receive the highest level of visibility through event signage, promotional materials, and dedicated announcements, ensuring their brand stands out. Priority location in high-traffic areas (assigned based upon date of receipt of registration) enhances foot traffic and engagement with attendees. Corporate Sponsors will receive two 6’ tables w/ power hook up, floor space for products & advertising throughout the conference areas is permitted with pre-approval, and the ability to conduct product demonstrations and classes. Conference food & beverages are included for four attendees or as agreed upon. Your Company logo will be attached to all conference publications. Coordination with your company regarding social media, and web spaces. Logo will be displayed in our on-line spaces through the registration period of successor conference.
