Attendee Terms & Conditions
1. Fees
Fees are not refundable within 90 days of the event.
2. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned attendee, acknowledge that participation in the Midwest Public Safety Divers Association Annual Conference on May 2-4, 2027 at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.
2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.
3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Midwest Public Safety Divers Association, its Directors, Officers, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event.
4. Medical Treatment Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers to secure necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to assume any costs associated with such treatment.
5. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for Midwest Public Safety Divers Association to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional or informational purposes without compensation.
6. Participant Certification
By completing registration for this event, I certify that I have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions for my participation in this event.
Vendor Terms & Conditions
All Conference Corporate Sponsors and Conference Sponsors will be required to execute a Vendor Agreement following registration for this event
1. Scope of Agreement
Vendor will be provided a display booth for product or service marketing purposes. Vendor is responsible for setup by 8:00 a.m. on the first day of the event and teardown by 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the event.
2. Fees
FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
3. Cancellation
Vendor must notify Organizer as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the event. Fees will not be refunded for vendor cancellations under any circumstance. If the Organizer must cancel, an attempt to reschedule will be made. If Organizer is unable to reschedule, fees may be refunded.
4. Equipment & Supplies
Vendor will supply all required materials and equipment, unless otherwise specified.
5. Liability
Vendor agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Organizer for any claims and all liability that may arise with regard to the Vendor’s participation, activities, demonstrations, or equipment involved with this event, except to the extent the Organizer may be liable. Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property.
6. Compliance
Vendor agrees to follow all venue rules and all local fire, safety, and health codes. All accessibility and crowd-flow requirements must be met. Vendor must keep a professional, organized, and safe event space. All vendor staff must wear event credentials.

Vendor grants permission for Midwest Public Safety Divers Association to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional or informational purposes without compensation.
8. Vendor Certification
By completing registration for this event, Vendor certifies that they have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions for participation in this event.
